Registration
- Registering with DEAL CAR PRICE is quick and easy:
  1. Click on “Register” at the top right of the page.
  2. Choose whether you want to register as a private or commercial user.
  3. Complete the registration form in full.
  4. Confirm your email address via the link we send you.
  Once registered, you can immediately start listing vehicles or placing bids.
- For commercial registration, you will need the following documents:
  - Your VAT identification number (USt-ID).
  - A copy of your business registration or trade register excerpt.
  - A valid ID card or passport.
  Document upload:
  After registering, you can easily upload these documents in the dealer dashboard.
  We will review your information promptly so that you can use all platform features without restrictions.
Sell
- When creating an offer on DEAL CAR PRICE, there are a few important steps to follow to ensure a successful sale:
  What do I need to consider when posting?
  - Enter the vehicle data in full: Model, year of manufacture, mileage, equipment etc.
  - Describe the condition of the vehicle correctly: Honest information on damage, defects or conversions is mandatory.
  - Upload informative photos: Several, sharp pictures of the exterior, interior and relevant details.
  - Set minimum price or buy-it-now price:
    You determine the minimum selling price or optionally a fixed price for buy-it-now.
  - Choose the duration of the offer:
    You determine how long the vehicle is offered for auction or immediate sale.
  - Restrict the group of buyers:
    If you wish, you can restrict the sale to dealers or private individuals only.
  Seller obligations:
  All information in the advertisement must be truthful and complete.
  False information or concealment of defects may have legal consequences and lead to exclusion from the platform.

Auctions
- The auction process at DEAL CAR PRICE is designed to be transparent and fair:
  - Live bidding in real time:
  - Buyers place bids during the active auction period.
    Each new bid increases the price by a predefined minimum amount.
  - X-Time function:
  - If a bid is placed shortly before the auction ends, the auction time is automatically extended.
    This ensures fair competition and prevents so-called “last-second sniping.”
  - Bid Agent: The Bid Agent automatically bids on your behalf up to your specified maximum bid.
    It only raises the bid as far as necessary to remain the highest bidder - ideal for not having to react manually at the end of the auction.
  - Auction end & notification:
  - Once the auction ends, the highest bidder is automatically notified.
  - Direct transaction:
  - Seller and buyer communicate directly after the auction to arrange payment and vehicle handover outside the platform.

- In addition to auctions, DEAL CAR PRICE also offers the option of an instant sale:
  - Post the vehicle and select the “Set instant sale price” option.
  - Interested parties can buy the vehicle directly at the specified price without going through the auction process.
  - The seller is informed as soon as a buyer accepts the offer.
  - Further processing takes place directly between the buyer and seller.
  Ideal for sellers who want to sell quickly and without bidding.
Buy
- With DEAL CAR PRICE, the transaction takes place directly between buyer and seller - the platform merely provides the marketplace.
  Conclusion of contract:
  The purchase contract is concluded exclusively between the seller and the highest bidder or instant buyer - outside the platform.
  DEAL CAR PRICE is neither an intermediary nor a contracting party.
  Payment:
  Payment is made directly between the buyer and seller, e.g. by bank transfer, cash payment or financing - without the involvement of the platform.
  There are no transaction fees.
  Vehicle handover:
  The handover of the vehicle is organized independently by both parties.h by brand, model, price or location.
- DEAL CAR PRICE only provides the technical platform - the legal obligations lie with the users.
  Private sellers: May exclude the statutory warranty, the exclusion must be clearly and correctly stated in the advertisement.
  Commercial sellers: Are subject to the statutory liability for material defects of at least 12 months for used vehicles.
  A complete exclusion of liability clause is not legally permissible.
  Seller responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the vehicle information in the advertisement.
  Incorrect information may have legal consequences.
  
  The platform is not liable for: The accuracy of the content provided by the seller, the actual condition of the vehicle, the fulfillment of the contract by the buyer or seller.
  DEAL CAR PRICE acts solely as a technical auction environment and is not a party to the contract.
- Sanctions for breaches of duty:
  DEAL CAR PRICE reserves the right to block users temporarily or permanently, in particular in the event of:
  Repeated failure to meet minimum price obligations.
  Violations of auction rules.
  Incomplete or false advertisements.
  Dubious behavior in dealings with other users.
  Serious abuse:
  Bid manipulation.
  Fake profiles or fake interest.
  Deliberately false information about the vehicle.
  DEAL CAR PRICE reserves the right to take civil and criminal action.
  The aim of the platform is a fair, safe and transparent vehicle trade for all parties involved.
